Clairity (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) provides indoor air-quality (IAQ) analysis and monitoring services using portable sensors, offline data collection, and analytical reporting. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and protect information when clients access our services or interact with Clairity equipment.
Environmental Sensor Data: CO₂, VOC index,
temperature, humidity, uptime, and diagnostics. Sensors do not
collect personal data.
Client/Admin Information: Contact details,
organization name, room identifiers, deployment notes, billing
information.
Website Analytics: Basic traffic metrics and
cookies used solely for performance and security.
We use collected data to generate IAQ reports, improve performance, support deployments, communicate with clients, and ensure system reliability. We do not sell or trade data.
Environmental data is stored securely and retained for 12 months for audits or for the duration of monitoring contracts. Clients may request deletion of administrative data.
We implement encrypted storage, isolated networks, access restrictions, and secure hardware practices. While we take extensive measures, no system guarantees absolute security.
Data may be shared only with authorized client personnel, vetted vendors under confidentiality agreements, or when required by law. We never share data with advertisers.
Clairity does not collect personal information from children. IAQ metrics are environmental and non-identifying.
Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of stored administrative data. All requests may be submitted to: milan.c@clairity.info.
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Updates take effect upon publication.
