1. Services Provided

Clairity provides IAQ audits, monitoring subscriptions, sensor deployments, dashboards, analytical reports, and consulting services. Availability may vary by plan.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, ensure access to rooms, properly handle equipment, and pay all applicable fees. Tampering with sensors is prohibited.

3. Equipment Use

Ownership: All hardware remains property of Clairity unless a purchase agreement states otherwise.
Loss/Damage: Clients may be charged for lost or damaged equipment.
Usage: Sensors must not be submerged, opened, blocked, or placed in hazardous environments.

4. Payments and Billing

Pricing: Fees are listed on proposals or the Clairity website.
Invoices: Payments are due by the specified date. Late fees may apply.
Refunds: Completed audits are non-refundable. Subscriptions follow contract terms.

5. Data and Reporting

Data Ownership: Clients own collected environmental data. Clairity owns analytics, models, and software.
Data Use: Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for system improvement.
Accuracy: Recommendations are advisory and should supplement professional HVAC assessment.

6. Limitations of Service

Clairity does not diagnose medical conditions, guarantee regulatory compliance, perform HVAC repairs, provide emergency hazard detection, or replace engineering expertise.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clairity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, profit loss, misuse of data, or decisions made solely from reports. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Service Interruptions

Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, client inaccessibility, or environmental factors. Clairity is not liable for delays beyond its control.

9. Termination

We may terminate service for nonpayment, unsafe conditions, equipment misuse, or violation of these terms. Subscription cancellations follow contract rules.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Clairity’s operating state, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Amendments

Clairity may update these terms as needed. Updates become effective upon publication.
